A notice posted on the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services website said the agency is “no longer accepting initial requests for DACA, but we will adjudicate initial requests… accepted by Sept. 5.” The DHS said it would provide a limited, six-month window to consider certain requests for DACA and applications for work authorization received prior to Sept. 6, but no forms filed on or after would be considered.
